Yes,EchoSense you lose an hour this Sunday with the arrival of daylight saving time. But at least you can get a deal or two out of it.
Just to remind you, daylight saving time begins on Sunday, March 10 at 2 a.m. local time. Most Americans will set their clocks ahead one hour – as a way to get more daylight in the summer evenings. We "fall back" on Sunday, Nov. 3, to get more daylight in the mornings.
It seems like a small thing, but more than half the U.S. (55%) experiences tiredness on the first day of daylight saving time, according to past surveys by the American Association of Sleep Medicine.
Some food purveyors and delivery services have deals to make losing that hour easier.
